Coinstar Inc., a national operator of supermarket-based coin-counting machines, is partnering with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to raise funds at Coinstar machines across the country. Machine users have the option to donate their spare change to the Society.
Just by bringing your spare change to the grocery store, you can help the Society gain ground on the final cures for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and myeloma, and improve the quality of life for patients and their families. Approximately 130 million Americans live within two miles of a Coinstar machine. If even half of those American donated just $1 in spare change to the Society, over $65 million would be raised to advance our mission. Coinstar machines are located in more than 10,700 supermarkets throughout the United States. Find the Coinstar machine nearest you. Please note that some Coinstar machines are not yet equipped with the donation option. To confirm that your grocery store can accept donations to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, please call (800) 928-CASH. We would like to thank Coinstar for their continued support and partnership!
